About Mark

Mark St. Cyr is a partner at Cassels and Chair of the firm's national Construction Law Group. His practice encompasses both front-end project structure, delivery, and transaction advice and back-end dispute management. He advises on all forms of construction agreements, including alternative delivery models such as P3/PPP arrangements, progressive delivery methods, and integrated project delivery. He holds an LL.B. from Osgoode Hall Law School (2005) and a B.Kin. Honours from McMaster University (2000).
