About Brian

Brian Konst is a senior associate at MacKenzie Fujisawa, combining a commercial transactional practice with litigation experience in intellectual property, foreclosure and insolvency, and admiralty. Konst has acted for a large American building products company in the purchase of a local cement manufacturer's assets, acted as counsel in a series of surety enforcement actions for one of Canada's largest commercial insurers, and assisted domestic and foreign clients with the arrest of vessels in Canadian waters and the enforcement of maritime security.
