Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionBernard Raudri Burke Morahan, known professionally as Rory, was called to the bar of British Columbia in 1974 after earning a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria in 1970 and a Bachelor of Law from the University of British Columbia in 1973; he later added a Master of Law from the University of London in 1983. He worked for a judge and in the prosecutor's office before opening his own firm, first as Morahan & Aujla Law Office and later as Morahan & Company. Rory has been counsel on a number of precedent-setting cases in British Columbia and continues to focus on cases involving individuals' constitutional rights, practising criminal defence, Aboriginal law, family law, and civil litigation. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and has belonged to the Union Club since 1975.
