About Beatrice
Beatrice (Bea) McCutcheon has practiced law since 2003 and joined Murrell & Ittah as an associate in 2024. Her practice is limited exclusively to family law, covering cohabitation agreements, marriage agreements, and separation agreements, along with related property division, parenting, and spousal support matters. She is a regular presenter and author on family law topics and sits on the editorial board for the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC's annotated precedents on family law agreements. McCutcheon is also a licensed notary public.
