About Kenneth

Kenneth Chatarpaul is a family lawyer with experience representing clients across Ontario and Nunavut in parenting, child and spousal support, property division, domestic contracts, and child protection. He earned a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester and a Master of Laws in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, and has practised since 2020. He previously served as Staff Family Law Lawyer with Nunavut Legal Aid and as Vice-President of the Law Society of Nunavut.
