About Kendra
Kendra Sandhu practises criminal defence at Karapancev Law, having represented clients in matters before both the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice. She earned her law degree at the University of Bristol, where she assisted with a first-degree murder appeal through the Freedom Law Clinic, and completed a Master of Laws with a Canadian law concentration at the University of Toronto's Global Professional LLM Program in 2022, researching for the David Asper Centre for Constitutional Rights. Before joining Karapancev Law she worked at a full-service criminal defence firm in downtown Toronto. She has worked with vulnerable and racialized populations in places including Tanzania, Nicaragua, Dublin and New York, and speaks English along with conversational Punjabi.
