About Kendall

Kendall Andjelkovic is a member of Beard Winter's Insurance Litigation group, having previously summered and articled at the firm. Her practice spans commercial and insurance litigation, covering disputes involving life and health claims, personal injury, product liability, recreational liability, property and environmental damage, commercial general liability, fire loss, and winter maintenance. She also has experience with administrative law matters in the environmental and regulatory space. Kendall was called to the Ontario Bar in 2019 after graduating from Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received a Dean's Gold Key Award for her involvement in student activities, including co-chairing orientation week and serving as president of the Mooting Society. She competed in several national and international moots, including the Gale Cup and the Nuremberg Moot Court. Kendall holds a Bachelor of Arts in criminology from Vancouver Island University and volunteers with Cystic Fibrosis Canada's Lawn Summer Nights fundraiser.
