Peter Kazdan has practiced insurance defence litigation for over 20 years at AMR LLP, leading the firm's Examination Under Oath team and working on its anti-fraud practice covering clinic fraud, arson claims and property theft. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1994 after earning his law degree from Western University.
