About Ken

Ken J. Berger, Esq., MD, JD, was admitted to practice in Ontario and New York in 2008 and has appeared before all courts in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal and Federal Courts, as well as in most administrative tribunals. Berger has served as Vice President and on the Board of Governors of the World Association of Medical Law since 2010, and in 2015 was admitted as a lawyer to the United States Supreme Court.
