Administrative & Regulatory LawAria Laskin is a partner at JFK Law's Vancouver office practising Aboriginal, administrative, and constitutional law, with a focus on advancing Indigenous jurisdiction. She has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, and Nunavut, the Federal Court, the Supreme Court of Canada, and various administrative and arbitral forums. Aria advises clients on the implementation of UNDRIP and Indigenous self-determination in gaming, education, and child welfare, and clerked at the BC Court of Appeal in 2014-2015. She holds a J.D. with honours from the University of Toronto (2014), an M.Phil from the University of Cambridge, and a B.A. with honours from Harvard University, and is a member of the Ontario, British Columbia, and Nunavut law societies.
