Kelsey Lavery is a partner at Warren Sinclair LLP practising employment litigation, estate litigation, builders liens, debt collection, landlord-tenant disputes, and corporate and commercial disputes. She grew up in Edmonton and Red Deer, played basketball for the Red Deer College Queens, and earned a Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta in 2008, including a semester in Italy studying international business. She returned to the University of Alberta for law school, joining Warren Sinclair as an articling student in 2014 after graduating that year. During law school she volunteered with the Civil and Pro Bono projects of Student Legal Services and the Mustard Seed organization in Edmonton. Kelsey is a director of the Central Alberta Refugee Effort and volunteered with the 2019 Canada Winter Games.
