About Danielle

Danielle Jarvis is the founder of JarvisLegal Law Corporation, a boutique business, real estate, and planning law firm she established in 2012 in downtown Vancouver, with a second office on Galiano Island. Her practice covers business incorporation and corporate matters, real estate and conveyancing, and planning work including wills, incapacity planning, and business succession. She has also worked extensively with First Nations clients on economic development agreements, business structuring, and real property matters, including acting as legal counsel to the Yale First Nation as part of its Treaty Implementation Team.
