About Kelly

Kelly is an associate lawyer whose practice centers on corporate and commercial work, spanning incorporations, corporate reorganizations, asset and share sales, commercial contracts, and secured and loan transactions. She holds a B.A. from McMaster University and a law degree from the University of Windsor. Before joining Inch Hammond in 2008, she articled at a well-established Brantford firm. Kelly works with both startups and established businesses on their legal needs.
