James McNeill runs a broad-based business law practice, advising clients that range from large, well-established corporations to small start-ups on both domestic and cross-border matters, in sectors including manufacturing, information technology, sales and distribution, entertainment, retail, employment, advertising and cannabis. While he practices primarily as a solicitor, he also has significant experience in corporate/commercial and tax litigation, having appeared before the Tax Court of Canada, the Ontario Divisional Court, the Ontario Court of Justice and the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.
