Michael John McHugh is a partner at McHugh Ionico Boer LLP and leads the firm's Corporate-Commercial department. He earned his J.D. from the University of Ottawa and was called to the bar in 2015. His practice focuses on corporate-commercial matters and estate planning for business owners, including incorporations, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, commercial leasing, secured lending, and succession planning.
