About Brian

Brian Duxbury was called to the bar in 1983 and is a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation. His practice covers a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, and he appears regularly before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as before the Divisional Court and Court of Appeal. He acts for corporations, business owners, individuals, and municipalities, and has a substantial practice in municipal, environmental, and administrative law, including appearances before the Ontario Land Tribunal. He is an Osgoode Hall Law School graduate who earned a B.A. in philosophy from the University of Toronto's Trinity College in 1978, and belongs to the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates' Society, and the Hamilton Law Association.
