About Keaton

Keaton Pewter is an associate litigation lawyer at Friedman Estate Litigation, focusing on estate, capacity and civil litigation. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Huron University College, part of Western University, and studied law at Queen Mary University of London, where he earned his LL.B. He then returned to Canada to complete a Master of Laws at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. Keaton articled at a boutique estate litigation firm in downtown Toronto, where he concentrated on estate, trust and capacity litigation and worked on complex disputes such as challenges to wills, guardianship applications and fiduciary claims. He is committed to practical, results-oriented advocacy for clients navigating difficult estate disputes.
