About James

James is a litigator whose practice focuses on property and estate litigation, including real property ownership and title, failed real estate transactions, boundary and easement issues, will challenges and powers of attorney. Before his call to the bar, he clerked for judges of the Superior Court of Justice and the Divisional Court in Barrie, Newmarket and Oshawa. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Western Ontario and practised civil litigation in Toronto before joining the firm in his hometown of Barrie.
