Jonathan is the owner, principal and Managing Partner of Friedman Estate Litigation. He's a Certified Specialist in Estates & Trusts Law, and his practice focuses on estate litigation, real-property litigation and appeals. He's appeared at all levels of court in Ontario, including the Divisional Court and the Court of Appeal, and is often appointed by the court as an Estate Trustee During Litigation.
