About Arthur

Arthur represents clients in a range of civil and real estate litigation, acting for individual and institutional clients in disputes involving co-ownership, title and boundary issues, and the enforcement of real estate contracts. He also handles estate disputes, including will challenges, trust and power of attorney disputes, and guardianship matters. He's called to the bar in Ontario and in Massachusetts, and previously practised at a regional firm in Toronto and worked in-house at a title insurance company.
