Cassandra Martino is a partner at Friedman Estate Litigation and an Ontario estate litigation lawyer. She represents estate trustees, beneficiaries, spouses and dependants in disputes involving will challenges, testamentary capacity, undue influence, power of attorney disputes, guardianship applications and fiduciary accounting. She earned her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2020, and joined the firm in 2022, becoming a partner in 2026.
