Rasmussen Starr Ruddy LLP, known as RSR, is a mid-sized law firm in Ottawa, Ontario. The firm was founded in 1987, and its name still carries founder Michael Ruddy, who's practised labour and employment law since being called to the Ontario bar in 1979. RSR's history page also credits six retired partners, including two more of the firm's original namesakes, for shaping the practice.

RSR now has about a dozen lawyers working across six practice areas: construction, civil litigation, corporate and commercial law, labour and employment law, real estate, and wills and estates, all from a single office on Carling Avenue. On the employment side, RSR works mainly with employers, and Michael Ruddy represents management-side clients such as the Ottawa Construction Association and the Electrical Contractors' Association of Ottawa before the Ontario Labour Relations Board. Its construction lawyers also handle liens, adjudications under the Construction Act, and delay claims. Two of the firm's lawyers, Nadia Authier and Mitchell Leitman, also practise in French, and one associate practises in English and Spanish.
