About Carl

Carl Dawson is an associate whose work centers mainly on construction and civil litigation matters, alongside advisory work in corporate law, real estate, and estate planning. He joined the firm as an articling student in 2024 and was called to the Ontario Bar in 2025. Before entering law, Dawson spent seven years in Vancouver's hospitality industry, including roles as a general manager and kitchen lead. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa along with Bachelor of Arts degrees in Economics and Philosophy from the University of British Columbia, and has contributed to firm publications on construction law.
