About Brooke
Brooke A. MacLeod was born and raised in Victoria, BC, and received her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Victoria in 2000 before earning her Juris Doctor there in 2005. She was called to the bar in September 2006 and became a certified Family Law Mediator in July 2017. She articled at Carr Buchan & Company, then practised family, criminal, and civil litigation law at Windsor Law Group and later Duncan & Faber, before opening her own practice in downtown Victoria in July 2016. Brooke has wide experience in both the Provincial and Supreme Courts and has handled numerous matters involving the Ministry of Children and Family Development, acting for parents and other family members seeking care of a child.
