About Kate
Kate Mazzucco is a founding partner at Beyond Law who has practised personal injury law for over 15 years. Mazzucco takes an individualized approach to each case rather than a one-size-fits-all method, drawing on a background in kinesiology and competitive swimming that sharpened knowledge of human anatomy along with drive and work ethic. Kate holds a Bachelor of Law from Western University and a Bachelor of Physical Health and Education in Kinesiology from the University of Toronto. Mazzucco was called to the Ontario bar in 2007 and has been named to Best Lawyers in Canada for personal injury and insurance law from 2021 to 2025, as well as to Toronto's Top Lawyers by Post City Magazine. In 2020, Mazzucco was recognized as Volunteer of the Year by the Brain Injury Society of Toronto.
