About Josh
Josh Nisker is a founding partner of Beyond Law whose practice centers on personal injury and litigation. Nisker aims to reduce client stress and build trust through an attentive, responsive, and honest approach, describing the style as hands-on and personal. Josh has written, presented, and taught extensively on the law, and mentors other lawyers through the Law Society of Ontario. Nisker holds a Master of Law from the University of Cambridge, earned through a Cambridge Trust Scholarship, and a Bachelor of Law with Distinction from Western University, graduating in the top five percent of the class, along with an Honours Bachelor of Arts from Western. Nisker was called to the Ontario bar in 2007 and has been recognized repeatedly by Best Lawyers in Canada for both personal injury and insurance law.
