About Kashif

Kashif Sher co-founded Arya & Sher and advises individuals, professionals, and corporate clients on complex matters across a range of sectors, including advising other lawyers. He previously practised corporate and litigation defence law at a Toronto firm, representing media, insurance, and airline clients before the Ontario Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Canada, and worked with the legal group of a Canadian investment bank on venture capital and private equity matters. He sits on the boards of several private companies and has served on several non-profit boards, and was appointed by the Attorney General of Ontario to the Justice of the Peace Appointments Advisory Committee.
