About Karim

Karim Winski joined Sangra Moller LLP as an articling student in 2025 and assists clients with corporate and commercial matters, including corporate finance transactions and securities compliance. He previously worked with the Senate of Canada and the Competition Bureau of Canada, supporting legal and policy analysis on economic and regulatory issues, which informs his interest in corporate governance and the intersection of law and public policy. Karim received his Juris Doctor and Licentiate in Law, cum laude, from the University of Ottawa as part of the Canadian Law Program, where he served as President of the Canadian Law Student Association. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management, magna cum laude, from the University of Ottawa.
