About Roderick
Roderick (Rod) Pearce brings 40 years of experience to his corporate and commercial law practice at Grossman LLP, where he was a founding partner following more than 30 years at its predecessor firm, Grossman & Stanley, and several years at a large Vancouver commercial law firm. He acts for a range of clients with a focus on entrepreneurs and their businesses, and has handled mergers and acquisitions valued in the hundreds of millions in the security and alcoholic beverage industries. Rod provides legal services to doctors, dentists, and other lawyers, including incorporating their professional practices and managing their commercial affairs, and has significant experience in the not-for-profit sector, including low-income housing providers. He earned a Bachelor of Commerce and an LLB at the University of British Columbia before being admitted to the BC bar in 1986.
