Courtney Wong is an associate in the Capital Markets Group at Cassels whose practice focuses on corporate, commercial, and securities law matters, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, qualifying transactions, and continuous disclosure obligations. She also advises startup and emerging companies on acquisition, formation, financing, organization, and sale.
