About Kaley
Kaley Duff is an associate practising mainly in employment, labour, class actions, human rights, and professional regulation. She represents workers across sectors, with a particular focus on unionized education workplaces, and has appeared before all levels of court in Ontario as well as various tribunals and labour arbitrators. As a parent herself, she is drawn to helping other parents navigate statutory leaves and family status accommodation issues. Her cases include Rahman v. Cannon Design Architecture, which overturned a void termination clause, and the certification of a 4,000-person class in Bowman v. Ontario over the Basic Income Pilot. Kaley graduated from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law in 2017 and was called to the Ontario bar in 2018, after studying music at the University of Ottawa and working as a professional musician and piano teacher.
