About Kaitlyn
Kaitlyn Blaser articled and worked as an associate at a mid-size law firm in Kamloops, focusing on civil litigation, mainly municipal law, plaintiff personal injury, and commercial disputes. Her current research examines civil access to justice and how it intersects with inequality and the institutional structures of BC courts and tribunals, and she continues pro bono work. She holds a JD from the University of Alberta Faculty of Law (2015) and an LLM from the Allard School of Law at UBC (2020), and is pursuing a PhD.
