Everyone Legal Clinic

Everyone Legal Clinic (ELC) is a BC-wide virtual public interest law teaching clinic and legal practice incubator, launched in May 2022 by the Access Pro Bono Society of BC under the Law Society of BC's Innovation Sandbox. Staffed by community lawyers, supervising lawyers, and articling clinicians across BC communities, it provides fixed-fee legal services in areas such as family, employment, tenancy, criminal, wills and estates, and human rights law. The clinic aims to increase access to justice and diversity within the legal profession, particularly for underserved and racialized communities.
