About Kim

Kim's practice focuses primarily on creditors' remedies, foreclosure, and secured transactions, advising and representing financial institutions, including major automotive and equipment lease companies, in security and realization matters, and he also acts for banks and credit unions in lending transactions and security perfection. In addition to corporate finance, Kim practices in wills and estate administration. He graduated from law school at the University of British Columbia in 1990, was called to the British Columbia Bar in 1991, and has appeared before all levels of court in British Columbia as Associate Counsel with Poulsen & Company.
