Kaitlin Hardy is a lawyer at HHBG Lawyers. Before joining the firm, Kaitlin's practice focused on defending professionals in disciplinary and regulatory matters and on complex multi-party corporate commercial litigation, including shareholder disputes, derivative actions, and cases involving fraud, creditors' remedies, and trust law, appearing before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, the Provincial Court, and tribunals including the Law Society of British Columbia. Kaitlin now applies that corporate litigation background to an employment, human rights, and labour law practice at HHBG. Kaitlin is a graduate of the Thompson Rivers University Faculty of Law, competing in the BC Law Schools Court of Appeal Moot and receiving the Dean's Course Prize in Human Rights Law. Kaitlin is currently on a leave of absence and is a non-practising lawyer.
