About Dov
Dov Begun is a partner in Osler's Tax Group. His practice focuses on the taxation of employee and executive compensation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and the taxation of emerging and high-technology companies, and he advises multinational clients on investing and doing business in Canada. Dov speaks frequently on executive compensation, stock options and related incentive plans. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Law Society of Ontario and the Canadian Tax Foundation. He holds an LL.B. from the University of Ottawa, earned magna cum laude, and a B.Comm. from Concordia University.
