About Kacey
Kacey advises private and public employers on grievances, human rights, wrongful dismissals, discrimination claims, and employment agreements, with over a decade of experience mainly in post-secondary, film and television, and high technology sectors. She has appeared before the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal, and several labour and human rights tribunals, and co-chairs the firm's Higher Education group.
