About Peter
Peter Smiley practises commercial and civil litigation with a focus on shareholder and corporate disputes, fraud and breach of trust litigation, estates litigation, and leasing disputes. He was admitted to the New York bar in 2013 after two years at a New York firm handling international arbitration, then practised at a Bay Street firm before joining BYLDS.
