About Justin

Justin Di Camillo joined Emond Harnden as an associate after completing his articles with the firm. He works in all areas of labour and employment law for provincially and federally regulated clients in both public and private sectors, regularly handling contract and policy drafting, human rights matters, occupational health and safety, collective bargaining, and grievance and arbitration preparation. He graduated from the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law in 2022, receiving the top grade in his employment law and tort law courses. Before law school, he completed a Master of Arts in Political Science and an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Film Studies at Western University. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023 and is a member of the Ontario Bar Association and the County of Carleton Law Association.
