About Juliette

Juliette Liu joined Chenette, Litigation Boutique in April 2017. Liu previously completed a Barreau du Québec articling term and practised civil and commercial litigation at an international business law firm, working on procedure preparation, examinations and out-of-court settlement negotiations for large files. Liu's practice focuses on medical liability and professional and disciplinary law, and Liu regularly appears before the Commission d'accès à l'information. Liu is accredited by the Barreau du Québec to conduct workplace psychological harassment investigations, acting as a neutral third party assessing complaints of psychological harassment, sexual violence and discrimination. Liu holds a bachelor's degree in economics with a minor in international development from McGill University (2011), completed a certificate in law at Université de Montréal part time, finished the civil law program at Université de Montréal in 2015, and studied information and communications technology law at the University of Namur in Belgium on exchange. Liu was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2016.
