About Davina

Davina Bastarache joined Chenette, Litigation Boutique in May 2018 after completing a Barreau articling term at a major Quebec firm, working on insurance, health and disciplinary law matters. Bastarache's practice focuses on medical liability, professional and disciplinary law, defamation and media law. Bastarache completed a law degree with a life-sciences, co-op stream (LL.B.) at Université de Sherbrooke in 2016 and is completing a master's degree in biology (M.Sc.) in the same program, and holds a business law microprogram certificate from Université de Montréal (2017). Bastarache was involved with several student councils at Université de Sherbrooke and was the Faculty of Law's spokesperson for the 2016 convocation, and was admitted to the Barreau du Québec in 2018.
