About Julie
Julie Fisher is a senior associate at RDM Lawyers who practises civil litigation, with a focus on insurance, commercial and construction litigation, property disputes and estate litigation, as well as personal injury matters. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 1991 and a Bachelor of Laws in 1995, both from the University of Victoria, and was called to the BC Bar in 1996. From 1996 to 2023 she practised civil litigation at firms in Vancouver and the Tri-Cities, most recently at Orstad Law in Langley, and has appeared at every level of court in BC, the Federal Court of Canada and the Supreme Court of Canada. Fisher joined RDM in 2023 as part of its merger with Orstad Law and practises primarily out of the Langley office. She volunteers as a trustee with the Coquitlam Public Library and with the Coquitlam Foundation.
