About Judith
Judith Njokuji works on corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate reorganizations, and asset and share transactions. As a former small business owner, she draws on that experience alongside her background in corporate law, negotiation, and risk management to guide businesses of all sizes through M&A deals and governance issues. She earned her Bachelor of Laws from Afe Babalola University in 2017, followed by a Master of Laws from Western University in 2019 and a post-graduate diploma in mining and finance law, also from Western, in 2020. Judith was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2018 and to the Ontario Bar in 2021. She belongs to the Law Society of Ontario, the Canadian Bar Association, the Nigerian Bar Association, and sits on the program committee of the Foundation of Natural Resources and Energy Law.
