About Joshua

Josh is a Partner at BOYNECLARKE LLP practising corporate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on creditors' remedies, foreclosures and security enforcement, along with immigration matters involving entry into the United States. Originally from Poughkeepsie, New York, he earned his JD from Pace University School of Law in 2000 and was admitted to the New York State Bar before moving to Halifax in 2004. Josh was admitted to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2005 and has since been called in New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Prince Edward Island. He's been listed in The Best Lawyers in Canada since 2015 and sits on the board of the MacPhee Centre for Creative Learning.
