About Joshua

Josh practises construction law and commercial litigation, representing clients on disputes involving industrial facilities and commercial, residential, and transportation projects, including defective workmanship, delay, and productivity claims. He has appeared before all levels of Alberta court and acted in arbitrations, including before the ICC International Court of Arbitration. He drafts and negotiates engineering and construction agreements, including EPC/EPCM agreements and design-build-leaseback transactions, and articled with Justice Peter Martin of the Alberta Court of Appeal.
