About Josephine

Josephine joined McTague Law Firm in 1985 and became a partner in 1993. She practices in the litigation department, appearing before various courts and boards including the Court of Appeal for Ontario, with extensive experience in contract disputes, estate disputes, and the defence of municipalities, school boards and professionals. Her practice covers civil litigation, insurance law, personal injury claims, municipal defence, professional malpractice defence, products liability and wills and estates. She earned her LL.B. from the University of Windsor in 1983 and was admitted to the Ontario bar in 1985. Josephine coaches and judges for the Ontario Justice Education Network's competitive mock trials and has guest lectured on estate planning at the University of Windsor's Faculty of Law.
