About Josephine

Josephine Bahn is a Member at Cozen O'Connor focusing her practice on commercial litigation and construction law. She is a trial lawyer handling high-stakes matters in state and federal courts, administrative forums, and arbitration, with a construction practice centered on developers, project owners, contractors, and design professionals through all phases of a project. Before joining the firm, she was a senior attorney in the enforcement section of the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, where she managed enforcement litigation and investigations involving consumer protection and banking laws, and previously clerked for Judge Joel H. Slomsky of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. She earned her bachelor's degree from St. Joseph's University and her law degree from New York Law School, where she also worked at the SEC.
