Roberto R. Savarese co-founded Grondin Savarese in 2009 with Paul-Matthieu Grondin. With more than 15 years of experience, he practises business law, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, corporate reorganizations, real estate law and shareholder disputes.
