About Christian

Christian Albert has practised mainly in civil, commercial and penal litigation for over 20 years and is regularly called upon to plead complex cases before various courts. He joined the litigation team at Dunton Rainville's Joliette office after practising as an independent professional. Albert represents clients' interests before the courts with conviction when the situation requires it. He acts in particular in cases involving seizures before judgment and injunctions, including Anton Piller and Mareva orders, where his efficiency and pragmatism have been noted.
