Jordan Wright

About Jordan

Jordan Wright is a senior associate at Torys in Toronto. His work centers on corporate and securities law, particularly mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance deals. He has taken part in numerous M&A and financing transactions over the course of his career. Jordan also counsels public companies on ongoing disclosure requirements, corporate governance, and related securities obligations. Before joining Torys, he served as corporate counsel at Spartan Bioscience Inc., focusing there on corporate and financing matters. During law school, he helped launch a charity hockey game that has since brought in more than $40,000 for the Royal Ottawa Mental Health Foundation's Do it For Daron program. He has remained involved as a secretary and executive member of the Royal Ottawa Young Professionals Network.
